Necessary products for three servings

  • 500 g yogurt Zdravets
  • 5 с. л. chia seeds
  • 1 с.л. Coco powder
  • 100 -150 g raspberries
  • 2 с. л. honey
  • 70 – 80 g nuts

This recipe is quick, tasty and most importantly healthy. It is suitable both for breakfast and for an attractive dessert when you will have guests and want to make something quick. It is also very suitable and attractive for children who enjoy attractive layers.

Method of preparation

To make the dessert attractive, divide the yogurt into two bowls /or two buckets of yogurt/. Put the cocoa on one to color it.

Add 2.5 tbsp. chia to each portion, add 1 tbsp. honey and a little water so that the mixture is not too thick. Leave the two buckets of yogurt thus obtained in the refrigerator for two hours. If you have any left over or need it for the next din, it’s no problem to leave it on all night.

Then you take a suitable wide and low glass and put a brown layer, raspberries, a white layer on top and finish with raspberries and nuts.
